staying with them was one of wonderful experience of my life. everything was super. we were changed to Le bosphorus No 1 for some reason . That was very close to Haram. The staff boy at 8th floor (don't remember the name) was very nice and helpful. see you again soonnnnn

Wonderful

When we got our first room, we were very close to the main Street. So we heard a lot of traffic from the road which was preventing us from sleeping and praying peacefully. But the hotel manager granted us another room on the opposite side of the floor and we really appreciated that. But I think if they installed sound-proof windows, it would be good. During the second day of our stay, we had to change rooms again because of some maintenance, so that was a bit inconvenient. They only have us an hour advanced notice. It would have been better if they gave a day notice at least. But after all those issues were resolved, or stay was extremely pleasant alhumdulillah. The bellman/bellhops were extremely nice and friendly. The front desk ladies were nice as well, but they struggled with understanding our requests in English whenever we would call them from our room. There were times when we called them multiple times for simple requests like sugar, but they must have not understood or had forgotten to fulfill the request. I don't mean to say this disrespectfully, but it would be good for them to learn English, for their own benefit, as well as for the benefit of servicing the guests. :) (And I should some learn some Arabic too!) But again, overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay here again InShaAllah. :)

Pleasant stay

The hotel is really clean and the staffs are courteous and we got an upgrade to Le Bosphorus waqf safi. The rooms are really spacious with 2 extra beds under the existing rooms nice place to be will definitely visit again insha Allah.

The open Haram space between the hotel and haram makes it a distance to cover but still ok

Had reservation at Bosphorus Hotel 2, when checked-in, upgraded to Bosphorus Hotel, around the corner | nice hotel, clean, modern room, solid WiFi | staff brought fresh fruit to the room each night | coffee, tea, 1L water provided | shampoo, soap, shower gel, body lotion provided | mini refrigerator | convenient location within first ring road, walking distance to anywhere | can take #400 bus from airport to Prophet Mosque for 11 SAR ($3 USD) | can take #300 bus from Prophet Mosque to Haramain train station for 11 SAR, top of the hour |

Bathroom drain not working correctly, vented odors in the room, put damp cloth over the floor drain helped, or just keep bathroom door closed | check-out was the only real issue, couple in front of me, slow process; hotel takes security deposit when checking-in 100 SAR ($26 USD) on credit card, but returned SAR currency upon checking out, after inspecting the room | most commercial businesses return the deposit in the same manner it was paid (credit card > credit card, or, currency > currency) | would have rated property a 9, but, the check-out process was distasteful, and my last impression |
